Mitchel McKee

I'm a full stack developer who's spent most of my life playing around with computers. I'm now working full time on DashPoint, the running community app I co-founded, and I also co-run The First Principles Company. Before that I spent a year and a half at Sentinel Legal.

Building highly detailed frontends is still my favourite thing to work on, although I work across the entire stack. There's something very satisfying about building tiny details into big projects.

Outside of computers I'm an avid rock climber (still chasing my first V7) and a big fan of being outside: hiking, camping, all of it really. This year I climbed Toubkal, my tallest mountain so far, and ran the Great North Run. I've also worked as a camp counsellor across the USA, volunteered in Fiji helping build a village health centre, and studied abroad at The College of New Jersey (Go Lions!)
